terms

These are the terms for using Declute. This is a pre-launch draft, shared so you can see how the app is meant to work before it's available. We'll publish the final, dated terms at launch; the summary below reflects what we intend them to say.

using the app

Declute is a personal tool for cataloging what you own and tracking your subscriptions. You keep an account so your catalog syncs across your devices. Use the app for your own things; don't use it to break the law or to misuse someone else's data.

your content is yours

Everything you add — photos, notes, values, subscriptions — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it. You can export it anytime as JSON or CSV, and delete it anytime. We store it to provide the app to you and for no other purpose.

estimates, not appraisals

AI-suggested values are estimates, always shown as ranges, and are not professional appraisals. Confirmed totals only count values you've confirmed yourself. Use your own judgment for anything that matters financially.

third-party services

Declute links you to services you subscribe to so you can manage or cancel them on their own sites. Those services have their own terms, and Declute isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of them. Declute never holds your credentials for them. Brand names and logos shown in the app refer to real services only to help you recognize your own subscriptions.

availability

Declute is coming to iOS and Android. Until it launches, nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a guarantee of a feature, price, or date; details may change before release.
